Spring Cleaning and Dust Bunnies!

Beware of Dust Bunnies!
Did you do your spring cleaning?
Beware of these bunnies!
No, Not the Easter Bunny.
All of your dust bunnies.
Not just under your couches,
But in your computers as well.
Tip: Regular Cleaning could save you costly maintenace fees down the road.

Is your PC running loud and hot?
This means your fans are clogged from dust bunnies. Your fans are what keep your computer from overheating. Computers run at a certain temperature which means the fans inside are what keep it cooled down. If the fans become blocked with dust, the computer will not function properly, and start to make a loud humming noise.
Eventually this will cause the machines to automatically shut down if it gets worse. Here is an example, A human body needs water, and other necessities to keep it running properly. Without the right amount of each substance the body will become dehydrated, and eventually begin to shut down. Recommended: Keep that machine happy!

How to maintain your PC's health
It is simple. Make sure your computer is turned off. First, for desktops unscrew the twistable screws in the back to remove the side panel. For laptop's set the laptop upside down, you will need a small screw driver to remove the four screws from the square panel that have vents on it.
Simply take the condensed air, and gently spray towards the computer and spray away those dust bunnies! Be extra careful around the fans. You can also spray the side panel if excess dust is on there as well. The keyboard is also a good thing to clean with condensed air. Another product to keep your machines clean, and dust bunny free is screen cleaner which is gentle enough to clean monitor screens, and television screens as well. Include these steps in your cleaning schedule every few weeks. Dust builds up quick with heat, and electronics.
